The rules of this website, and what you can expect when you register for ECRES 2027.
Registration and refunds
At least one author registers for each accepted paper and presents it, in person or online. Accepted papers are published in the proceedings only after the registration fee has been paid.
The 2027 refund and visa-refusal policy will be published here before registration opens. If your Schengen visa is refused, you can present online instead.
The payment date is the day the payment reaches the organizing company.
Programme changes
The organizers may change session times, rooms or the order of presentations; registered authors are informed by e-mail. If the conference cannot take place in person for reasons beyond the organizers' control, the organizers may hold it online; registered participants are informed by e-mail.
Publication
Accepted and presented papers are published in the ECRES 2027 Conference Proceedings with an ISBN. Extended versions of selected papers are invited to partner journals and considered under the journals' own peer review. Each journal decides independently; an invitation is not an acceptance.
Conduct and photos
Participants treat each other with respect; harassment leads to exclusion from the conference without a refund. Photos are taken during the in-person day and the gala dinner; tell the registration desk if you prefer not to appear.

We try to keep every detail accurate and up to date; if something is unclear or seems wrong, please tell us. Do not use the website for unlawful purposes, try to access parts of it that are not public, or place an excessive load on it.

Texts, photos and graphics on this website belong to VintEight or their authors. The names and logos of journals, publishers and institutions belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them; their appearance does not imply endorsement unless stated.

Applicable law
