Present in person in Madrid or online. The day-by-day format — which sessions are in person and which online — is published with the programme. All times are Madrid time (CEST, UTC+2).

Presenting in person
- Oral presentations are given in the sessions listed in the programme; please bring your slides on a USB stick as well.
- Posters are printed in A1 (594 × 841 mm).
- The gala dinner on Wednesday 9 June is shared with ICMECE 2027.
Presenting online
- Online presenters present in the online sessions of the programme; the meeting links are e-mailed to registered authors.
- A presentation video is requested before the conference. The instructions and the single video deadline are sent after registration.
- Online presenters receive an official participation certificate and the proceedings in electronic form.
Certificates
Presenters receive an official participation certificate by e-mail after the conference. Questions about a certificate for a specific paper: ask on WhatsApp.
