Dates still marked "to be announced" are published here and e-mailed to registered authors as soon as they are set.
Why the decisions come early
Schengen visa appointments can take weeks to get and decisions can take up to 45 days. Papers are reviewed as they arrive: if you need a visa, submit early, register as soon as you are accepted — the official letter follows your payment — and book your appointment early. The visa page has the full timeline.
ECRES and ICMECE, one week
ECRES 2027 runs on 8–9 June. ICMECE 2027 follows on 9–10 June. The two conferences share Wednesday 9 June, including the gala dinner.
