All participants are required to register online and make their
payments to the organization company. The above fee covers the items
below:
- Following all presentation sessions including the special
sessions during 3 days
- Conference materials (i.e. Proceedings, program booklet,
conference bag and batch)
- Gala Dinner on 9th October 2015
- Welcome Cocktail on 8th October 2015
- 6 coffee breaks and 3 lunches between 8-10 October 2015.

Fees of Cultural and social activities are included.
- This fee also includes the two-way transfer fee between the Antalya airport and conference hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARTICIPANTS

The accompanying person cannot get conference bag and cannot
follow the sessions.

In order to present a paper in an oral or poster session, at
least one author of a paper should register . Otherwise the paper
cannot be presented and cannot be included into the Conference
Proceedings.

The hotel check-in starts at the afternoon of 7th October 2015
and check-outs are done before the noon of 10th October 2015. If you wish to stay longer at the conference hotel, you can of course extend it by paying extra daily accomodation fee.

If the participant informs the organizing company about the acoomodation at the conference hotel in the registration form but does not accomodate for any reason, a "no-show" price which is defined by the hotel administration will be received from the participant by the organizing company. The company is not responsible about the no-show price.

Each registered participant can submit maximal two papers. For
the second paper, 30 euros extra review fee is charged.

The papers which are not presented by the registered authors
CANNOT be considered for the post-conference publications (i.e. for
special issue and regular issue journals).

All registered participants MUST carry their special conference
batch during the event. Otherwise they are not allowed to enter the
halls, coffee breaks, lunches and social activities.

All online registrations are made in Euros. On-desk registration
can be made in Euros, Turkish Liras and Dolar by using the daily
exchange rates.

To get any proform invoice before your payment, you can simply
write to ewresinfo@gmail.com

After the arrival of your payment, the company will send you a
confirmation letter by an e-mail. If you do not receive it within 2
weeks, write a message to ewresinfo@gmail.com

This fee also includes the two-way transfer rates between the
Antalya airport and conference hotel and cannot be excluded from the
fees above. The transfers can only be made on these two locations.
Please do not enforce the driver to direct to another location!

After the arrival to the airport, check the person carrying
"ECRES" written-paper just outside the building gate (DOMESTIC
ARRIVALS).

The company is not responsible for transfer delays, if you have
not send your trip schedule to ewresinfo@gmail.com till 1 October
2015.
