Virtual presenters will get official participation certificate and the conference proceedings after the conference in electronic form by e-mail.

All participants are required to register online and make their payments to the organization company. The above fee covers the items below:

  1. Following all presentation sessions including the special sessions during 3 days
  2. Conference materials (i.e. Proceedings, program booklet, conference bag and batch)
  3. Gala Dinner on 22 April 2021
  4. 6 coffee breaks on 21-23 April 2021.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARTICIPANTS
  1. The accompanying person cannot get certificate, conference bag and cannot follow the sessions.
  2. In order to present a paper in an oral or poster session, at least one author of a paper should register . Otherwise the paper cannot be included into the conference proceedings.
  3. The papers which are not presented by the registered authors CANNOT be considered for the post-conference publications (i.e. for special issue and regular issue journals).
  4. All registered participants MUST carry their special conference batch during the event. Otherwise they are not allowed to enter the halls, coffee breaks, lunches and social activities.
  5. All online registrations are made in Euros. On-desk registration can be made in Euros, Turkish Liras and Dolar by using the daily exchange rates.
  6. To get any proform invoice before your payment, you can simply write to ecresinfo@gmail.com
  7. After the arrival of your payment, the company will send you a confirmation letter by an e-mail. If you do not receive it within 2 weeks, write a message to: ecresinfo@gmail.com
  8. The conference committee is not responsible for any accomodation process. You can seek your hotel on your own.
  9. Refund of charge is not available.
  10. On-desk registration can be made only by cash.
